Town

Community School is taken over by Mayors, Bankers, Tax Collectors, and the like

Students running the %22town%22 at Community SchoolFour days at the end of the school year are selected to host Town, a completely student-run event. During these four days, students become vendors of home-made wares ($5 materials cost limit for each Town event). "Omegas", the currency, flow between buyers, sellers, realtors, tax collectors, fine collectors, and the supply house; to name a few township jobs.

This event is a fabulously fun way for our students to learn some economic principles and challenge their creativity. The Olders learn some important leadership and management skills as well.
